REFUND POLICY

GENERAL GUIDELINES

Love Zooey accepts returns/exchanges on any items (except sale items which are final sale) that are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached (if applicable).

Please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order to info@lovezooey.com if you would like to return/exchange the item(s). We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We require that all merchandise be returned within 14 days of from the date we issue your RA#. If an RA request or returned merchandise falls outside of the 7 and 14 day timeframe, we will unfortunately not be able to accept the return. Items returned without an RA# will not be accepted and sent back at your expense.


HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

1. Email info@lovezooey.com with a brief explanation for the return/exchange, including your original order number. Please include the merchandise style number and the reason for the return/exchange. If requesting an exchange, a stock check will be done for the requested item. If it is unavailable, you may chose to return the item(s).

2. Once your return/exchange is authorized by Love Zooey, you will receive an Return Authorization # (RA#).

3. Print the RA# email from Lovezooey.com and include in your return package.

4. Ship the package with merchansdise secureley sealed to the address below. Please write the RA# on the outside of the package.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted. Shipping expenses are to be taken care of by the customer.
